So there has been some big family news. This has been all excitement for Jeb and I! Rachel and Stephen are now engaged! He surprised her at her birthday party and popped the question in front of all of us! They are planning a wedding for some time in July!
My brother Jason and his wife Jen are pregnant and Liam will have another cousin to play with sometime in March! This isn't the greatest pic of them, but it was the most recent, from just a few weeks ago at the Mariners-A's game...the Mariner's were down 3-9, but came back in the 7th inning (after we left to go home) to win 10-9. I can not believe that we left early at probably one of the Mariner's best comebacks in the past few years! Oh well....

Wow! That's a lot of exciting news right there. I mean, go Mariners! (Hee hee! That's not the part I'm excited about, silly!)
From all the good things I heard out at camp, Rachel is going to be really happy with Stephen. I'm so glad!
And anyone who knows Jason knows that he was just made to be a daddy. He's going to be such a good parent. And, of course, Jen's no slouch herself! What a lucky (blessed) little kid.

I just want to say a HUGE thank you Pris and Jeb for contributing to the most wonderful day of my life (so far)! As much as I hate hearing how many lies were told to keep me convinced Stephen couldn't come (ya, I know, Stephen did most of the telling...),it really was the BEST birthday a girl could ever dream of! I'm glad you were part of it. I love you both! Thank you!
Gina, thanks for sharing in the excitement! Especially those Mariners, any time they win we better get excited! I agree, Jason is going to be a good papa...he already is a good hubbie! When he found out that Jen was pregnant he gave her breakfast in bed for several days...now lets all say "ahhhh...how sweet!" Well...and for rachel...when she knows what she wants she goes for it!

guys! i know steve! we lived in portugal together..well not in the same room or same house...but i think you know what i mean! it is such a small world, god has a funny way of doing things! i cant wait to tell eric! (theyre were frinds at o.c.)

Congratulations Rachel! I am so excited for you. It was so great to see you this summer and just touch base with you for a few minutes. I know you have a busy time ahead of you but I hope we can be in touch more.
